Integria Precision Medicine is a physician-led internal medicine clinic founded by Dr. Kathryn Watson and Dr. Anna Purdy. We provide specialist consultative care grounded in thorough diagnostic assessment, evidence-informed risk stratification, and proactive management of complex medical conditions, with focused expertise in hypertension, cardiovascular assessment and risk reduction, metabolic health, Menopause care and Longevity medicine.
We partner closely with family physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialist colleagues to deliver timely consults, clear diagnostic reasoning, and individualized management recommendations designed to address each patient’s unique clinical needs.
Dr. Kathryn Watson
MD, MSc, FRCPC, MSCP

Dr. Watson is a fellowship-trained General Internal Medicine specialist with extensive hospital-based expertise and nearly a decade of combined inpatient and outpatient practice in Calgary. She also holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University and worked for five years as Clinical Pharmacology staff in Calgary, developing advanced expertise in complex medication management, polypharmacy, pharmacogenomics and therapeutic optimization. In addition to her clinical work, she has held a leadership role at the Rockyview General Hospital over a four year period as the Department of Medicine Site Lead.
Dr. Watson has a focused clinical interest in resistant and secondary hypertension and is completing an additional 1-year fellowship in endocrine hypertension. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner MSCP, providing evidence-informed care through perimenopause and beyond, with particular emphasis on cardiometabolic risk reduction and prevention-oriented hormone optimization.
Dr. Anna Purdy

Dr. Purdy is a highly respected General Internal Medicine specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience and advanced postgraduate training, including a Master’s degree in Chemistry. Trained at the University of Calgary, she has held progressive hospital and provincial leadership roles, including a decade as Department of Medicine and General Internal Medicine Site Lead at Rockyview General Hospital and a provincial senior leadership role within Alberta Health Services’ Medicine Strategic Clinical Network.
Dr. Purdy has been a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner MSCP for four years and provides specialized care in cardiovascular risk assessment, metabolic health, and menopause management in the context of medical complexity. She is recognized for her comprehensive, thoughtful approach and clear diagnostic reasoning, with management plans grounded in current evidence and individualized to each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Ryan Iwasiw
MD, FRCPC
General Internal Medicine Specialist

Dr. Iwasiw currently works as a General Internist at Rockyview General Hospital. His clinical interests include complex and chronic multi-system disease, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), end-of-life care and decision-making, medical education, and medical simulation. In addition to his clinical work in both hospital and outpatient settings, he serves as the General Internal Medicine Clinic Site Lead and the Virtual Home Hospital Site Lead at Rockyview General Hospital. He is also the Regional e-Consults Lead for Calgary. In these roles, he is actively involved in advancing innovative models of care, improving access to specialist services, and optimizing clinical systems to better serve patients and providers.
Dr. Stewart Spence

Dr. Spence is a fellowship-trained General Internal Medicine specialist with experience in both hospital- and community-based clinical practice. He has also completed a fellowship in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). He serves as an Assistant Program Director within the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Calgary and has been recognized for excellence in clinical teaching. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Spence is currently completing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership through the University of Dundee. Dr. Spence is known for his kind, thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to patient care.
Dr. Cari Egan
RN, PhD
Dr. Egan is a Registered nurse, with a PhD in sexual health. She is deeply committed to helping women through the transition from perimenopause through to post-menopause. She takes extra time to hear each individual woman’s story so she can specifically tailor their menopause care to what they need. Cari has advanced expertise in vaginal and sexual health and is able to specifically help women who require this expertise to further improve their quality of life through menopause and beyond.
